Had a great day with my daughter. The staff are always so warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond everytime. Making sure you have everything you need and make time to talk to the kids. I honestly don’t know how they stay so energetic. I’d be napping in a cupboard by lunchtime. Keep up the good work girls. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Was there for a birthday party. My daughter enjoyed it. Staff were friendly. Although, it is very expensive to buy anything. It was £3 something for 2 cans of juice. Soft play is big and has toys for babies. I would recommend but not to buy food or drinks.
Awful service. Arrived to find that they were closing 2 hours early. Wouldn't answer any phone calls. (I always call ahead) Told us we can't go in because there's no food left. Lady was very rude, we weren't planning on eating there anyway and regardless she said we can't go in. As you can imagine how the kids took this news
