The Little Town of Play Batley

Lovely place and offers variety of playing rooms for under 5 perfect for kids to play and experience more than just activities,I would recommend this soft indoor play really stands out from the rest of the soft play places. Friendly and polite stuff Beautiful place

Amazing place for under 5s. My child loves every minute here

I used to really love this place, which makes writing this review even more disappointing. We chose to have our daughter's birthday party here, and while most of it went well, there were a few issues that left us feeling let down. The party package states that it includes fruit and juice. The juice wasn't brought out until the very end (after asking), and despite asking several times about the fruit, we were eventually told they didn't actually have any. This was quite embarrassing as I hadn't brought any myself because it was advertised as being included in the package. It took me away from what I should have been doing, enjoying my daughters party with her. Unfortunately, the attitude when we raised the issue on the day wasn't particularly helpful, and when I emailed afterwards, the response felt dismissive and they weren’t interested. It's such a shame because we've always enjoyed visiting and my children have loved coming here. Sadly, this experience has really put me off returning in the future.
