Awful! Hardly anything to play with, the supermarket play area had no items to play with at all, the actual play area is so old and discoloured! The floor is meant to be green but covered in brown stains. The dust on top of all the equipment was so thick god knows when it was last cleaned! For £8.25 it is definitely not worth it! Won’t be back

It's decent

Today I visited Funkey Monkey Cityside with my two daughters, aged 6 and 8. Unfortunately, our experience at the entrance was disappointing. The staff member at reception refused entry to my 8 yearold daughter, claiming she was too tall to play. This was confusing, as she has visited before and even attended a birthday party there in January without any issues, including when her height was checked. At the time, my daughter measured slightly above the 4 ft 5 in limit, but she was wearing shoes. The receptionist did not take this into consideration and was quite impolite in how she handled the situation. After a 20 minute drive to get there, my children were understandably upset. My husband went back to speak with her again, and after measuring our daughter without her shoes despite the staff member’s continued poor attitude she was eventually allowed to enter and play. Overall, the situation could have been handled much more professionally and with better customer service.
