Funky Monkeys Dundonald, Belfast

Here today with my daughter. There are only two staff on and they have the place running like clockwork. All credit to the two members of staff who haven't stopped since I've come in. Tending to everyones needs, serving customers, looking out for the children and keeping the place clean.

Thank you to Marnie and all the team at Funky Monkeys. Our children love it here, and the staff go out of their way to make them feel welcome and looked after. The place is clean, well run, and somewhere we are always happy to bring them back to. Highly recommended.

I visited with my child and was very disappointed with the level of supervision. During our visit, three children were running around chasing and biting other kids, including upsetting several children. Despite this happening for some time, the staff didn’t seem to intervene or take the situation seriously. I understand children can be difficult to manage, but I expected staff to step in to help keep the environment safe for everyone. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel my child’s safety was a priority, so I won’t be returning.
