Great fun for the kids

My 5 year old son broke both bones in his arm very badly at Bezerk- the ulna and radius were broken completely through resulting in surgery and a long recovery time. I completely understand that accidents happen but he wasn't running and didn't fall- his arm was trapped in netting and snapped. The response of staff was awful- they didn't know the name of the road when ambulance staff were asking. Please ensure that all members of staff know the address and that an address poster is clearly displayed. This could be crucial time wasted if someone was suffering a heart attack. I went back in to fill out an accident form and was asked 'is it definitely broken then' and told it was because kids 'have brittle bones'- which is absolutely not true. We have had no call back from a manager as promised. * 12 weeks later and still no contact from Berzerk. Absolutely disgraceful that they didn't have the decency to at least follow up.
