We visited today, there was only one person on the counter. Confused how she’s supposed to serve people and keep everything on top of the cleaning very unfair. Which was awful. The toilets you had to hold your breath& everywhere just felt unclean. Kids with no socks, sick on the floor which my daughter stood in🤮 the session hadn’t even finished but I couldn’t wait to get out of there. In future I will be going back to West Brom.

Great place for the kids to burn off their energy while bouncing around in the ball pit or on the flatable slide

Arrived to sick in the ball pit! No children removed from jumping. Staff swearing under there breaths and walking round with blue roll and a spray cleaning it whilst children still jumped around them! Told session starts in 7 minutes and to wait over there ( apparently where you watch the briefing) but wasn’t shown this at all! Disgusting filthy place! After being told I am due a full refund I now have a deputy manager lying through email that he reviewed cctv and everybody was rushing around cleaning! I can confirm I have video evidence of non of this happening . Sick all over toilets, would never return! Honestly made me sick! Pure filth!
