Absolutely amazing experience at Lux Play! The staff were so attentive, friendly and lovely—nothing was too much trouble. There’s a wonderful variety of arcade games plus brilliant soft play that adds so much extra fun. We spent a fantastic 3–4 hours here with my niece and nephews today and every single one of them had a total blast. I can’t recommend it highly enough—we will definitely be returning!

This is the second time I have been to LuxPlay now, the first birthday party I have had here for my son and I can honestly say he had the best birthday here. Staff went above and beyond to make his time there special. All the kids had a great time and the pricing was fantastic 👏 Thank you for having us 😀

Visited with a friend and our children, who were 9, 7 and 5. It was 4pm on a rainy Saturday, so we were really happy to see that the place was open until late! We found the staff really helpful, and the card system was super easy to use. The place was clean and really good value for money. £10 gets you 130 credits, and most arcade games are around 10 credits, so that works out at roughly 13 games for £10 — about £1 per game. You can buy more credits and load them onto separate cards, which is definitely a good idea with younger children… don’t give them the cards unless you want them to tap away all your credits within seconds! 😂 We didn’t eat there, but we did use the soft play, which all three of the kids absolutely loved. Overall, we had a really good experience and would definitely recommend it. We’ll be going back!
