Such a ridiculous business. Bought £15 worth of snacks for the kids and paid using card. Had a special needs child with me that wanted a drink and a sweet after completing the transaction and tried to purchase this. Was told minimum spend for card was £5 and the additional items were for £2, was told that I should have purchased the items with my previous transaction. No wonder your business is so quiet and you’re selling all your equipment. Your staff can’t even show basic human decency skills to note that there is a special needs child on premises and that you can’t force them to pick what to buy and when to buy. A little bit of care and consideration would go a long way. Also kitchen was closed a full 2 hours before closing. So if you’re planning on taking the kids here after school and want to feed them whilst you’re here, think again. First and last time I visit this stupid, ridiculous establishment.

Pretty decent for the price, kids always enjoy it abd its never too busy.

Really disappointed with our visit. Firstly, we struggled to even find the place as it wasn’t clearly signposted, and when we eventually found it, the centre didn’t give a very clean or well-maintained impression. It looked like it wasn’t particularly well looked after. The staff were also quite rude and unwelcoming. We were told that we couldn’t bring our own drinks and had to purchase them from the centre instead. I completely understand having rules in place, but it’s the way these things are communicated, and the attitude we received was unnecessary. Overall, the whole experience was disappointing. A soft play should feel clean, welcoming and well maintained, especially when parents are bringing young children. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on our experience.
