Place is a joke. They allow an unlimited amount of people into the gym with no cap on how many people can use it at once more people in there than equipment at peak times and can’t use a single machine/bench due to overcrowding. If you want to train during peak hours I would strongly advise using another gym as these guys will charge you nearly £50 a month to use an extremely overcrowded gym

Staff are always friendly and helpful. They’re more than happy to give advice, show you how to use the equipment safely and help set up anything you’re not sure of. They’re super encouraging for clients to have a go at their challenges too.
