Highly disappointed! Says suitable for all ages and it isnt. If your child is under 3 years old, I wouldn't recommend going. They have a baby/toddler for UNDER 5 area with hardly anything in it, it isnt very clean as everyone is allowed shoes on in there, and the items/facilities to old/out dated most of them need replacing due to wear/usage. This area isnt regulated/watched so older children are there in, safety hazard for younger children. Had to constantly pick up my child to avoid someome stepping on them/bumping into them. Wasn't worth the hassle so left. Won't be going back.

Really great event for a birthday. Environment was clean and spacious. Lots of fun!

Had fab 2 hours, grandchildren loved it. Very clean and staff very helpful, plenty to do and we'll set out. Will come regularly as kids loved it.
