Nice friendly softplay. Very clean and lovely staff.

We went in today - a Tuesday afternoon. We were impressed with the place when we arrived. We were given a 'tab' to pay at the end which was fine as we'd checked the prices on the website prior to visiting. Or so we thought.... We were very shocked when we went to pay, we were charged £17 for a 2½ year old and a 5 month old baby for 2 hours of play. When I queried this with the staff i was told it was charged as a weekend rate - on a Tuesday! There was no mention of today being classed as a weekend/Bank Holiday on the website or when we entered! According to their website even on a weekend/ bank holiday our 5 month old certainly shouldn't have been charged £8.50 for sitting on my lap in the play area for less than 5 minutes, it's not 'baby friendly' she couldn't have been put on the floor at all so to be charged £8.50 is ridiculous. Our son did have a good time however the overcharging has definitely put a dampner on things and it has put us off revisiting.

Took my boys here the other day, was a good size and it was really clean.
