Head Over Heels

Unfortunately there were not enough spaces for our car on any of the three car parks (one is only open at weekends) upon our arrival. Having not visited before I had to park on double yellow lines to go and ask for help. The staff were helpful in putting the nearby retail park into in my Google maps so I could be directed there (as I am not local). It was then a 7 min walk from the retail park to the unit. Be careful there is a lot of dog foul en route and unfortunately I didn’t see this. Extra cleaning of toddlers shoes and the pram was required. All in all quiet a faff to visit during peak times. Therefore I won’t be visiting again as this is a bit stressful with two kids under three to manage at the same time.

Visted today for my sons birthday who has autism he wanted to go and play with the icecream truck and the other role play things such as building the bricks and the ball pit we was asked my sons age and got told to leave because he was to old to be in the baby and toddler area my son is 5 but has a learning and speech diffculities and is under the 2 year old age gap with haveing special needs his inmagitnation is at a lower level and this caused him to be upset which the staff looked and new he was upset they watched him feeling sad there i could only stay for just under a hour i will never vist this place ever again treated unfair

We visited the Wilmslow site on Saturday 15th August with our 2 kids and our cousin with their 2 kids and we were so impressed with the setup and processes in place to make the entire experience as easy as possible! The play areas are really well laid out and thought out, especially the baby area and the food ordering and service was great too. We received further exceptional service from one of the newer members of the team there (unfortunately I did not catch her name, but remember she was from Perth and enjoyed a lovely conversation with her too about Perth and the move to UK) who was so helpful with serving our 7 meals and then clearing up after and providing plates and foil to pack our remaining food to take home! Will definitely be visiting again next time we are in Manchester!
