Chester's Den

Ordered food , it was over priced and absolutely rubbish, all the food didn't come out together had to wait over an hour and then had to chase up some missing food, everything was cold the loaded fries not even cooked Took them back i was told they would microwave them , no thankyou asked for my money back they asked me how much the loaded fries were. Think they need staff that can cook And the floor was covered in food and dirty pots on tables. Will not be returning

Grandson 3 loves it here,staff are always friendly and it is generally good.Mwals look OK and reasonably priced Negative feedback is lack of supervision from carers and parents,consistent pattern of parents who park themselves on a chair,having no idea what there child is doing,unfair if they aren't behaving nicely to others.Please do something about this also needs a light above slide as its too dark and a good deep clean. Will not deter me from coming as he loves it but I want to spend time with my grandson,not look after other people's children running riot .

Good little play area . We Had our daughter's birthday party there. No complaints the place was very clean and tidy .we Was greeted by a lovely lady who had already set up a party area for our arrival. Food was cooked perfectly . The 2 staff members that was on was very kind and helpful . We also had a visit from the football clubs moscot Chester the mouse . It was an amazing day had by both children and parents.
