Nice place and lovely customer service but the place stinks

Prices have increased and yet this is the state of the soft play, needs a well overdue refurbishment, the state of the climbing cylinders is appalling. Definitely not justified in increasing the price unless they do something about the state of the equipment.

Your AI call service is absolutely terrible. I had some very easy questions that it wouldn’t answer to and it kept saying the same thing over and over again and after requested to speak with a real person first time it didn’t put me through second time it did however they didn’t accept my call so wasted my time basically. Fix your awful customer service.
