CJ's Funhouse

My granddaughter had her 3rd birthday party here. Everyone had a brilliant time. The staff were so helpful. Everyone said that the chicken nuggests we're the best they had ever tasted. The children had fun in a safe environment. We go every Tuesday because the kids love it. They get juice and either biscuits or toast for only 3 pound. Our group gets bigger every week. It's so good that everyone returns and the staff are lovely

large, colourful soft play. kept well clean and tidy, lovely place to take children as multiple age differentiated areas. very cheap and reasonable prices for a whole 2 hour session! plenty food, snacks and drink options.

I cannot praise CJ's Funhouse in Cramlington enough. Our little boy, Ashton, has Autism and a rare genetic condition called KDM5C. He usually hates larger settings and gets completely overwhelmed when places get busy. However, he absolutely LOVES it here, which is a massive deal for him.The real game-changer is the staff and owners. They consistently go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Ashton only communicates using basic Makaton, and his autism can spike unexpectedly, but nothing is ever an issue for the team here. They are simply unbelievable with him.On top of the incredible atmosphere, the facilities are top-notch:Immaculate Soft Play: Unlike many soft play centres, this place is kept absolutely spotless.Clean Toilets: The toilets are always sparkling clean. Even when a cheeky unsupervised child flooded a sink with toilet paper once, the staff handled it immediately.Fantastic Food: The menu is perfect. It features great options for the kids and brilliant, comforting food for exhausted parents.Great Hours: They stay open later on Sundays, which is an amazing bonus for families.We feel so safe and supported here that we are even going to try their Christmas event. Normally, I would never dream of taking Ashton to a standard soft play Christmas party. However, the team took the time to explain the event to us in full detail so we could figure out exactly how to make it work for him.Thank you, CJ's Funhouse, for creating a space where our boy can just be himself and have fun!
