iPlay

I went to iPlay with my daughter on the 21 of August, the carpet was wet the balls was missing. No one got back to me about this problem. We come here a lot. My daughter was very upset about this. Can you come back to me and let me know what you can do to solve this problem please?

Soft play- One of the best! My little one loved it, however the place does need air con..the place was boiling. Food- As good as you can get! Did enjoy my chicken tikka toastie. Staff- Didn't look happy they just looked moody all the time!.. and when we said "could we split it" (2adults) the lady was just tapping for about 5mins or so on the till? My little one was wanting to go and play.. Overall I'd come back maybe (we are on holiday) and wanted to find somewhere for the little one to enjoy himself but just off putting not having air con and felt a little down that the staff didn't look like they wanted to be there

This is a lovely play area, with lots of different areas for all different levels of ability and ages. Personally don't love all the dinosaurs scattered around in the tables because you constantly have to tell your child not to climb on them but it's part of their atmosphere so I'll live with them. I've taken half a star off for that I've also taken half a star off for the crisps that are literally displayed at eye level with no obvious monitoring from staff. There's no need for them to be there However those two things won't stop me from going with my little one. She'll understand (accept) the word no eventually
