Wonderland Play Exeter

Kids had a fantastic time. Not overly crowded and the staff were lovely. Nice and cool in there as well considering the temperature outside.

After a mistake on the website that let me book a late session that was supposed to be unavailable, the staff and manager honoured the booking and kept the place open for just us for 2 hours. That’s above and beyond if I’ve ever seen it.

Come here regularly with my sister and our children to let them burn of some energy, the kids always have loads of fun and i usually forget to leave a review, however i felt it necessary to leave one today to say how efficient the new manager seems to be! Whenever there has been issues amongst other customers, it is always dealt with quickly and with as little disruption to the children playing and the adults sat in the table area as possible. Will continue to look forward to our visits 😊
