Took my five-year-old son here for the first time and we were really impressed. The staff were great with him and really patient, especially while he was getting used to everything. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up getting a membership and have been back a few times since. He’s getting better and more confident every time we go, and the other day he actually managed to climb nearly all the way to the top! The staff have always been friendly and patient, and the place is really clean and tidy too. We’ve really enjoyed going and will definitely be back again.
