We recently booked Little Bugs Soft Play for our 3-year-old's birthday party, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. The communication from Rachel was first class from start to finish. The effort she puts into making each party extra special, with personalised banners and balloons, was such a lovely touch and made our little boy's day even more memorable. On the day, we were warmly greeted by Charlotte, who couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and her support throughout the event meant we could relax and enjoy the party with our family and friends. We would highly recommend Little Bugs Soft Play to anyone looking for a stress-free, well-organised, and memorable children's party.
