Planet Play

Today I took my 5 kids to planet play and I left there with not a bad word to say. To start off before I arrived, I phoned up to ask how busy it was and my daughter translated for me as she is fluent in english and i'm not, they told her everything we needed to know very politely and patiently. Then we got in the car excited for the fun day ahead. 🥰. We were served at the door by a young women she was very patient and understanding of the language barrier and she greeted us warmly with a smile 😊. My 1 year old refused to settle in he was screaming the place down 😱 Another kind worker came over and told us we could leave and she would give us a free pass to come back when the baby had settled which we accepted very generously. The food 10/10 no complaints service was incredible. They also made sure my food was Halal and safe for my children to consume . Another thing I would like to add is the inclusivity and how they were very welcoming to me as I have very poor English skills. I will DEFINETLY be back!! 👶👍🇵🇰❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We were kicked out by a staff named nicola for eating food not from thier cafe and i got a warning cuz i didnt know then my son no one told him then my 3 yr old was dying of hunger of how much he playing so then we got kicked out and didnt even finish our time session before this happened this was a great place genuinely we always brought food and that but now i dont recommend as their very disrespectful discrimantory and we felt like it was just us being targeted

My daughter was extremely upset after the way she and her friends were treated by an employee named Nicola. The employee asked us to leave before the end of our booked session because a young child had eaten a few pieces of a cookie, and the child’s mother did not have enough cash to pay for it, as the shop only accepts cash. The situation could have been handled with kindness and understanding, especially as children were involved. Instead, the employee’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and upsetting, leaving my daughter in tears. I also felt that the way we were treated was discriminatory and unfair. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not expect children to be treated this way.
