Waited over an hour for food while trying to entertain 2 bored and hungry children . Restaurant was empty as far as I could see we were the only table waiting for food .

Staff were very stand off and not friendly. Only half the menu was available, it felt like it was opening weekend and there was a lot of issues to be ironed out. Was shocked to find out the place had been open a few months. Food was very average and the portions were small for the price. Also no ice served with soft drinks. As I have seen in previous reviews we also had extra items added to our bill that we did not order. At first we were told the printer wasn't working and asked just to tap the card machine, when my wife then checked what was on the bill and said it was wrong we were left sitting for another 10 mins before someone then appeared with a receipt that had been magically printed from the broken printer. Really is a shame because the play area for the kids is good and very clean, if only the restaurant could be brought up to the same standard, the place would be a great success no doubt.

I recently visited this restaurant with a friend and our children, mainly because of the play area, and unfortunately our overall experience was quite disappointing. To start with, both the restaurant and the play area were noticeably cold. We were genuinely uncomfortable and ended up feeling cold throughout our visit, which made it hard to relax or enjoy the time there. The coffee was fine, but the food was not up to standard. I ordered a pasta dish which I had to send back because it tasted extremely watery and completely lacked flavour. While I did receive a replacement, it was only slightly better and still far from good. The pizza was also very average flat, uninspiring, and not something I would order again. The play area itself was decent fairly clean and nicely set up for children. However, the floor was very cold, and since both kids and adults are expected to walk around in socks, it made the experience quite uncomfortable. Service was another downside. The staff were not particularly friendly, and when I returned the pasta, the chef’s reaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, which added to the negative experience. Overall, while the idea of combining a restaurant with a play area is great, the execution here needs significant improvement especially in terms of food quality, temperature, and customer service.
