Went here for a birthday party. It was great, staff were friend and everything was organised and laid out well. The whole arena/soft play area was very clean and spacious. It's nice as the parents can sit at the tables and see your little kids running around, as the soft play area has netting so you can notice them at all times.

Fantastic value, lovely dedicated staff, clean and well run. Very impressed with every aspect of this lovely soft room. So nice to find a spotlessly clean play space with genuinely friendly helpful staff and really excellent value food. Outstanding in every way.we will be back!

Went here for the first time yesterday. Affordable, decent food and coffee at reasonable prices and seemed clean. Baby area for 0-3 though is constantly overrun by bigger children climbing up and throwing themselves off the sides and there are no staff or even parents to monitor this, so I had to have some words myself. The area is tucked to the side so unless parents are sitting on the very end tables they can't see what their kids are up to and leave them to run riot in this small area. Maybe a proper gated barrier to this section would help? It did feel a bit unsafe at times with my 9 month old so worth considering.
