Took the kids to creepy crawlies and from the start it was a hostile environment. No service with a smile then asked for a tub to put the remainder of food in and we got given a dirty tub that they claimed was through the dishwasher when its clearly evident it was a dirty tub. Asked them numerous times for a different tub, they were hostile and not willing to accept that we wanted a different clean tub and very argumentative. So then complained to the "manager" and we got shown her lack of customer service. Nothing but cheeky and hostile. More training required! And also challenged them regarding a sign of no adults allowed even tho they stated when asked that adults can freely use the equipment and when challenged we were met with hostility and bad customer service. False advertising! All because they wanted to close early and go home. Paid a small fortune to be met with poor service! And there was also a young worker called Amy who was nothing but cheeky then proceeded to mouth at me as I walked away. Poor service and won't be back!

I’ve been here so many times with my son. Staff are always friendly, the softplay equipment always clean, and staff are often seen out multiple times with hoovers and cleaning tables after. I have a softplay far more local than creepy crawlies (but opposite cleanliness to this review) so I’m more than happy to travel that bit extra to visit here. Food a bit pricy but it is what it is.
