I had such a wonderful experience here! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely lovely from the moment we arrived. They were always smiling, very patient and flexible, and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. What impressed me the most was how attentive and kind they were with the children. They were happy to interact and play with them, and even when the kids were being a little demanding, the staff remained patient and cheerful. The place itself is very safe and well-secured, which made such a difference for me as a parent. I felt completely comfortable letting my children play while I sat nearby without constantly worrying or needing to check on them. There were no obvious hazards or unsafe open areas, and the whole environment felt very well thought out for children. Parking was also very easy, which made the whole visit even more convenient. The children had a fantastic time, and I had a genuinely relaxing day. Everything was easy, comfortable, and well organised. I will definitely be coming back again, and I’d especially like to say a huge thank you to the staff who were working that day for their kindness, patience, and wonderful attitude.

We hosted our 4‑year‑old’s birthday party here and had such a brilliant experience. We visit regularly, usually once or twice a month, and this is the second party we’ve held here. The staff are always exceptional, friendly and genuinely go above and beyond, and this really shone through during the party. They were so lovely and accommodating and truly do this wonderful soft play proud. The cleanliness is impeccable. Several parents who hadn’t visited before commented on how clean it was, and it’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Security is also excellent, with a locked entry and exit door and a high exit button that children can’t reach. To be completely honest, the party food wasn’t the best quality. We’ve eaten from the normal menu many times and it’s always great, but the party menu tasted noticeably different. The chicken nuggets and cocktail sausages in particular weren’t the same quality, and there was less variety compared with what we had under the previous owners. Despite that, the staff were fantastic and our little one had the absolute best time. Hiring the venue exclusively was perfect for her and we will definitely be booking again next year. Thank you for making her day so special.

Such a great softplay for young children. We had our sons first birthday party there and the rooms that are available to hire are lovely space themes. It looked just as great in our photos and he and his toddler friends really enjoyed it! The older kids loved the astronaut suits too. The package they offer means a hassle free party, where all we needed to bring was the cake. Andy and all his team were so friendly and helpful. Even beyond the party and any time we returned again.
