It's really nice and enable for children. Has an outdoor play area too. Very clean. Good service with a lot of helpful staff

The place itself is very well organised, clean and tidy, with lots for the kids to do - they absolutely loved it! 😊 The only issue we had was the lack of a separate exit from the toy shop into the garden centre. My son has additional SEN needs, and getting him to leave the toy shop was extremely difficult. It took a long time, resulted in a meltdown, and unfortunately the only way we could get out was to go back through through the soft play area and then leave that way through the soft play entrance. I completely understand that this may not be an issue for older children or children without additional needs, but SEN parents will know exactly how difficult situations like this can be. Having a separate exit from the toy shop would make such a huge difference and would be a relatively simple change if possible. It was a shame because what should have been a really lovely day ended on a difficult note purely because of this one issue. Other than that, we really enjoyed it and the kids had a great time. ❤️ Hopefully it’s something that could be considered, because it would make the experience much easier and more accessible for SEN families.
