Wouldn't recommend for crawling/pre-walking babies. There's clearly a lot for older kids who can run around freely, but the toddler area is basically a corridor to the ballpit and my 1 year-old nearly got trampled twice by kids significantly older than the 'age 4' suggested limit for the area, who were running to and from the ballpit. When I mentioned to a member of staff she said they don't monitor the age of kids going into this area 'unless they're misbehaving' so that's worth bearing in mind. Everything in this area looked like it could use some TLC and a good deep clean, especially for little ones who are crawling around and wanting to touch everything! Great pro is the car park round the back, and lots of tables in the cafe area. However, we won't be back at least until our son is old enough to use the rest of the facilities.

We celebrated my Daughters 5th Birthday here and it was amazing. Our party expert Lola was fantastic from the moment we stepped through the doors, taking time to get to know my child and her music likes before showing us to our table and explaining the timings of each part of the party. It couldn’t have been easier. 5/5
