Rude staff, awful food menu with nothing in stock and incorrectly listed. Do not recommend these clowns at all.

I had my son’s 6th birthday party at rascal ranch and it was smooth running from start to finish we had the most lovely lady called Ria looking after us and she made our experience very enjoyable she sorted everything out for us and we are very grateful the food was brilliant more than enough for 11 children and the children had a blast playing in the soft play thank you! ☺️

It is a nice place to attend for young children. It is a little smaller than other soft play areas but I thought it was perfect for my little one. The price was decent for entry and the two hours for my little one was just enough time to enjoy the facility. Not much choice of food for adults however a lovely range of healthy food and snacks for kids. Only issues that I noticed were- as wonderful as it is that they have toddler area for those whom might not quite be walking properly yet. It’s a shame that it’s not monitored as when I was there a lot of kids 5 plus were in the toddler area. They were jumping in the ball pit like it was a swimming pool, launching balls across the toddler area and running around with no one to tell them otherwise. Bear in mind these kids were 8/9 years old! No parent supervision or staff supervision. None of the staff told the kids to come out the area. Some parents taking photos/videos of their child which is fine in most cases however when asked to stop recording/taking photos in the play area due to other children in the the play area the parent did not appear very happy. (I mean common sense and respect not to do this!!) I did mention this to staff a member and they did speak with the parent which was great. I’d suggest not going in the holiday times if you have a toddler or younger as it seems that it can get quite busy in there and unfortunately parents seem to think it’s just a childcare drop off facility where they’re kids can run around in the toddler area with no staff or parent to say otherwise.
