My daughter's favourite place, staff are so friendly, lovely clean environment, we have been going there for about 2 years now, hands down best play centre in Liverpool! 💜

To small, staff not at the desk upon arrival and I dont believe it is properly maintained, no staff at all supervising the play areas. I dont think I would return as after half an hour ( if that ) my children were bored

Terrible experience. DO NOT go here if you have a child under 3 especially not with a baby as the chance of serious injury are so high. Staff do not police the under 18 month section and the amount of feral unsupervised children over 5 that where jumping on the soft play nearly injuring my child was insane. Worst soft play we have visited. Visit lasted 15 minutes before we left as was so unsafe. Asked staff to tell children to get out of the baby area with no success and also told children they were too big for the area which fell on deaf ears. Might be ok for older kids but I wouldn’t risk it with little ones.
