Several kids had no socks on. Parents need to check the policy and see what fungus, bacteria, foot and mouth etc., can be spread by this policy not being properly enforced. I have reported it and the centre assure me the staff will be more vigilant in future. Otherwise its a great playcentre, helpful staff, clean and food reasonably priced.

Wow!! We booked the gold package for a birthday party and was absolutely blown away by the centre, food and staff! Scarlet looked after us and was absolutely AMAZING she is such a credit to the centre, she made sure we had everything we needed, was so polite and lovely to the kids. The cost for the entire party was worth every penny for what we got compared to other soft play centres and I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much ☺️

What a great place better then carmathen one,friendly staff like how the baby bit is strictly under 3, I took my 14 month old and my 10 year old so perfect for the both of them.
