Fratello Café & Play

Back in May we celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday here, and I honestly couldn't recommend it more. From the very first conversation, everything was explained clearly, how the day would run, when the children would play, when food would be served, and what we needed to do. It made the whole experience completely stress-free. The venue is small but mighty. It's spotless, beautifully kept, and the soft play is brilliant. We had around 15 five-year-olds, and there was still plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. The whole party ran perfectly. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. The team organised the food, handed out the birthday cake and party bags, and even let us come in early to decorate. They also went around taking everyone's drink orders, so no one had to queue, which was such a lovely touch. The service was outstanding. The whole family were so warm, kind and welcoming, and they made my daughter feel like an absolute superstar all day. You can tell they genuinely care about making every party special. The kids' food was great, but the adult menu deserves a mention too. I had the chicken wrap and it was fantastic. Sorry it's taken me so long to leave this review, but I genuinely wish we'd found this place years ago. Whether you're just looking for a lovely soft play or somewhere to hold a children's party, I couldn't recommend it enough. They're the loveliest family, and they made my daughter's birthday one we'll never forget. Thank you all.

Such a beautiful little place!! They have everything from delicious Turkish food to clean soft plan area for children. No one rushed us then the slot finished and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely be back!!

Fantastic soft play cafe, with a large area for the babies and ample seating. The owners are so friendly here that we came back within a few days. Relaxed atmosphere, baby exercise and great food. Couldn't ask for more.
