Jungle Monkeyz Adventure Softplay - W12

A fun visit every time, best part is, its not huge but still has enough to keep kids busy for a long time.

I wish I read reviews beforehand, such a disappointing experience - tiny soft play and definitely not appropriate for children up to 10 years old as advertised , my 6 year olds hated it - blaring music, rude staff who refuse to help as they "just work here" , the amount of adults in the play frame exceeded the children which is a huge safeguarding issue. My daughter injured herself on the chair as they have no grip and just slide around, also the floor outside the soft play ia extremely slippery , I witnessed at least 4 children fall over and hurt themselves in the short 20 minutes we stayed. Considering the price compared to other soft plays in the area, it is a complete rip off and clearly a money maker with no thought for the children. The manager on site was unhelpful and was told there was nothing they can do when I explained my issues and asked for a refund, on top of that £15 for 2 burnt coffees and fruit shoots. Awful

Great time with my son. Place is well maintained, clean and enjoyable.
