The soft play itself is absolutely amazing for children of all ages couldn't fault it, unfortunately the attitude of the staff member at the front was poor. I understand everyone has off days and its impossible to be happy 24/7 however as an early years educator there is a role/duty to be polite and professional. This is clearly an on going issue at this soft play shown by the numerous amount of negative reviews regarding staff behaviour/attitude.
We had our daughter's 3rd birthday at Kiddistop and it was amazing. The kids had the best time and staff was so helpful for everything we need. I highly recommend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We celebrated a birthday here yesterday and had such a wonderful experience! Everything was very clean, well organised, and welcoming. The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole celebration. The children had a fantastic time, and we were very happy with everything. Thank you so much for making the birthday celebration so special and enjoyable! We would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back again! 🎉🥰
