I've had to put a 1 star as thats the lowest rating available but if there was an option for a '0', I'd be giving that. From ordering drinks and food to receiving it took 40minutes. We attended at 11am and they were sold out of Bacon, Paninis, Baguettes and didnt have any of the crisps and drinks for the children's lunch bags which we wasnt told about until the sandwiches arrived and I had to chase up for the kids crisps and drinks. The coffee was cold. The service was EXTREMLY slow. We ordered 2 donuts which didnt arrive at all until I noticed they were serving someone else who was asking for the last 3 donuts in the cabinet, which 2 of them I had purchased 45minutes ago at this point, I had to go to the counter and ask for them and was met with confusion. The toilet were all soaking wet and dirty. The Play area was DIRE! The supermarket had polystyrene fruit/veg which bite marks in them, a metal trolley and not much else! The nursery was empty other than a baby doll, the vets had a hedgehog teddy and a flimsy fabric animal carrier. There really isn't much to be doing 'role play' with and considering the slogan on the front shop mentions letting your imagination run wild, you'd need ALOT of imagination in this place. The ball pit is dangerous with the foam coverings not even covering the top of the wooden fence posts and stopping 2 inches below. I have never visited somewhere as dire as this place and I would 100% recommend to avoid this establishment based on my experience today.

My daughter enjoyed toddling around in all the different rooms but there was a member of staff shouting on her phone to what sounded like her boyfriend the whole time, not the most pleasurable environment for a children’s play cafe!

We recently celebrated our son's 3rd birthday here, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The owner was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, answering all of our questions and making everything so easy to organise. On the day itself, the staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, making sure everything ran smoothly so we could relax and enjoy the party. The children had an incredible time playing, and all of our guests commented on how well organised everything was. Thank you to the whole team for making our son's birthday so special. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this play café to anyone planning a children's party!
