Staff member couldn’t be bothered to work, when I came in at 4pm she sighed because she wanted to go home. I don’t want to pay 7£ just to get kicked out after 20mins so I gave up. Rude staff.
Its a good space, the car park is quiet small, but i was able to find parking. Clean space decent sized space. Beware of the rude staff.
I recently hosted my child’s birthday party at this entertainment centre, and I am extremely disappointed with the service we received. When I made the booking, no one informed me that cutting the birthday cake on-site was not allowed. On the day of the event, I was shocked to learn that they intended to place the cake slices directly on simple paper napkins and hand them to parents that way. This is completely unacceptable for a children’s birthday celebration. At no point was I told that I needed to bring my own plates or any kind of container for the cake. Had I been notified in advance, I would have happily brought everything required. The lack of communication and consideration for parents was very frustrating and left me both upset and disappointed. They also required full payment upfront — and honestly, had I known what kind of service we were going to receive, I would not have paid at all. Overall, the experience did not meet even basic expectations, and I would not recommend this place to anyone planning a child’s birthday party.
