Kubz Klub

Came to kubz klub one warm morning and the air conditioning wasnt working. Fortunately there wasnt many children, however under health and safety this is a poor service. It was very warm and when I tried complaining to the young girl at the desk, she said she is hot too and opened the front door for ventilation which made no difference. She called one of the managers down and advised me that its like this as it has been on for the last 3 weeks continously...poor excuse. Young children with all needs come here.

We’ve now had 2 birthday parties at Kubz Klub for our children, as well as attended lots of parties here over the years, so we’ve seen it from both sides - both as guests and as party hosts. If it’s your first time organising a children’s party and you’re not quite sure how everything works, Kubz Klub team will guide you through it all. They’re so kind, thoughtful and organised, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. On the day itself, they keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, which means you actually get to enjoy your child’s party instead of worrying about what’s happening next. The soft play is great, the ride-on cars are a massive hit with the kids, and the food was great too. We also really like that we could open a tab at the café for drinks and snacks for parents while children play. Thank you to Kubz Klub team for making another birthday such a lovely experience. You genuinely care about making the day special for every family, and it really shows ❤️

We had my son’s birthday party at Kubs klub recently, it was a seamless experience, absolutely wonderful. The staff are so very helpful, they made sure everything went stress-free and according to plan.
