Very disappointed with the condition of the play area. The main slide is ripped and damaged, exposing the inner material, which is a serious safety concern for children. The soft play animal is also badly worn and broken. The carpet was dirty too – it used to be clean, so it’s disappointing to see how much the standards have dropped. It’s a free play area, which is appreciated, and we visited on a weekday afternoon so it wasn’t busy – but even then, the condition of the space is concerning. Overall, it feels poorly maintained and not as safe as it should be for young children. Management really needs to clean the area properly and repair the equipment urgently.
Big kids are allowed to play there. It is very unsafe for 2 years old and under. Avoid at any cost. Where is the management of this shopping centre I am asking.
People are not following rules for age 2 or under. Many kids playing above 2 even near 10 years old. This is a serious health and safety concern for kids 2 and under. I believe administration should look into it.
