NO ENTRY - RULES ARE RULES Very disappointing customer service. We arrived at 5:05pm after driving for around 40 minutes but were refused entry because they stop admitting customers at 5:00pm. Although the website does state that last entry is one hour before closing, we had unfortunately missed the cut-off by just five minutes. I completely understand that rules and closing procedures need to be followed. However, I was disappointed by how rigidly and unsympathetically the situation was handled. Our four-year-old daughter had been extremely excited but was told directly that she was not allowed in, leaving her very upset and crying. I went back inside to explain the situation and offered to pay the full admission price, even if she was only allowed to play for 20 minutes. The response from management was simply that “rules are rules” and there was nothing they could do. We were also told that if no customers had arrived before 5:00pm, they could close earlier than the advertised 6:00pm closing time. This left us with the impression that the priority was closing early rather than trying to accommodate a family who had missed the cut-off by only a few minutes. I accept that we arrived after the last admission time, but I would have expected a more understanding and customer-friendly response, especially given that we had travelled a considerable distance and there was still nearly an hour until closing. A little empathy and flexibility would have made a significant difference.

Been several times. It's always needed a deep clean. As with any soft play it can be let down by parents allowing older children to play in areas allocated to smaller children.
