Cheeky Cherubs Soft play and Youth Centre CIC

Firstly, it was really difficult to get to due to the limited parking in the area which meant that we had to walk in the rain to access the place as there isn't any direct parking for the venue. We were greeted by staff who appeared friendly where we made payment but didn't feel this was a particular warm welcoming , just paid and let in. Whilst I had never attended before it would have been useful to have been informed about the set up i.e no shoes, ordering food, the rooms. Cleanliness was good, staff were regularly tidying up and hoovering but this felt a little too much especially during a busy period where kids were running around and playing. It was a little over priced for what was being offered, but food was nice. A lot of the toys weren't working such as the baby bouncer. The books were dirty and there wasn't a lot of toys in the kitchen play area . It needs a bit of a refurb and could do with working toys

Had my daughter's 10th birthday party today, and it was amazing! We had kids ranging from 2 to 10 years old and all of them had so much fun. The staff hosting the party were very attentive and quick to bring food, drinks, tidy up etc. very accommodating on extra things I asked for such as own banners and a few safe foods on the side put out for me that I had brought for some of our children with additional needs. Plenty of space was allocated to sit when the children were playing for adults as well which was nice ❤️ all cake was cut up and ready to give out to children at the end as well. Also, there's been extremely hot weather this week and Bluey still made it to take pictures with the children 😍 I thought that was really good of you all to do considering it would have been reasonable to say it was too hot for Bluey to attend today! My daughter struggles with birthdays and parties and crowds and gets very overwhelmed - but she was so settled and so happy... Staff were so good with her ❤️ Would recommend, and you get so much effort for the price. So worth it. Thankyou all again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had our son's 5th birthday party on a Saturday at 3.30pm. Staff were really great with the kids, who all enjoyed the soft play, as well as the various little games and activities the staff organised. Party food and music were all great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good venue for a birthday party, at least up to 5 years, Thanks, Cheeky Cherubs!
