Took my girls to MK ordered their lunch and a bacon sandwich /tea for myself it took nearly an hour to find and that was after I went and complained. I guess they just forgot!! Also thr butter on the plate with the bacon was melted all over the plate ! Not very good service. The play area was good though but would not recommend getting hot food !!!

Staff are brilliant, very friendly and cant do enough. Particularly Lewis ( i hope i have his name right ) he helped me charge my phone so I could stay longer. He was EVERYWHERE, operating rides, in the kitchen, Very clean setting. We were for 6 hours and my kids still were not ready to leave. Couldn't leave without signing up for the DD monthly pass. Worth every penny, if you go once you have made your money back and FINALLY a setting that gives an adult place free with every child membership
