Safari MK soft play and party venue

The in/out large door to the littleones area can be opened and closed just by walking through it .No staff were posted on this door or even constantly monitoring the door , also concerning the little ones area , they can access the bigkids area round the back as even though we were constantly watching our little boy he accessed that area climbed up and got frightened and stuck in a crawl through space. I dont think well be going again. There seems to be enough staff but most of them were chatting at the front desk. Only saw one that was hard at work tidy the areas up all the time we were there. If these things are fixed it would be a lovely place for kids to safely play.

A massive shoutout to JADE who organised my daughters 7th birthday in April (2026). I am a bit late but I wanted to say a massive thank you to Jade who helped me so much as I was on my own with my daughter and she helped me from start to finish. Would have no hesitation coming back next year, especially if Jade will help me again! Thanks to the whole team too, appreciate it and my girl had a fab day.

Had a lovely visit to Safari MK and the food was absolutely amazing! Everything was really tasty and the service was great. A special mention has to go to Laura, who hosted our son’s birthday party back in January 2025. She recognised him when we came in and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. She even took our order at the café and brought everything over to our table when it was ready. This might sound like a small thing, but it genuinely meant so much to us. Our son is extremely shy and normally won’t speak to anyone outside of his immediate family, but he was so comfortable with Laura that he happily chatted away to her about what he’d been getting up to over the summer holidays — mostly winding me and his mum up! 😂 It was really lovely to see him so comfortable and confident around someone he remembered from his party. Laura clearly made a lasting impression on him, and it’s those little personal touches that really make a visit special. Thank you to the whole team at Safari MK, and especially Laura, for another great visit! We’ll definitely be back. ❤️
