Amazing place!

Activities are fun but staff negligent. They show you this detailed safety video then sit and stare off into space as kids break every possible rule. Grown 6ft teen boys front flipping off the jelly tower and nearly wiping out young children multiple times, a child running and bouncing while eating a bag of skittles, resulting in skittles throughout the inflatapark. Kids clustering at the top of the warp wall blocking people from using it, kids wearing the vests to say they are supposed to be supervised with no adult in sight, doing incredibly unsafe things like running between the big balls and hiding as people are jumping across them. staff are posted but I did not see any reprimanding unsafe behaviour. I was with my 5 year old brother and followed him everywhere, yet there were things he could not experience because of this.

Attended the inflatables today with my 3, children, up stairs seating area was absolutely filthy every table stacked with other people's rubbish dirty socks lying all over the floor, in the hour I was there not one member of staff even as much as cleaned a table for other customers to sit. Very disappointing
