Jump For Joy

Had the pleasure of using the venue for our eldest’s 5th birthday party, Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who explained what they required and how the venue was setup along with a run down of where the facilities were and timings for our party slot, There are two separate areas split across the joining units which has cafe style seating in between, The junior area ideal for younger children to play in with small slide and a small closed off sensory area for even younger children to crawl about in, there was a cool display which a baby could sit and watch some images/videos of various bugs In the larger area which is for older children, there was plenty of things for them to do, large double slide to race down, obstacle course style levels for kids to enjoy going up and over as well as a small build area at the back for soft play, There is both male and female separated toilets along with a disabled toilet with baby changing facilities, a small kitchenette for staff to do food prep for the party and a counter top cafe style for hot and cold drinks for the waiting adults There is a separate are which is for the party to take place for food, When time is up on the party a bell is rung (by the birthday boy in our case) which got everyone to line up and follow through to the table which is laid out like a feast, Party food was very good with different options with sandwiches like ham, cheese and jam as well as other picky food like cocktail sausages, crisps, grapes and drinks for the children, Party bags were also included which had a great assortment of kids activity kits, toys and sweets, Ample parking directly outside the double unit, it may get busy when there is a party already taking place but as it’s a small estate there is some additional parking round the estate entrance

We attended a private party, kids played for 1h and then food. It was a hot day so it felt quite hot despite some fans but overall fun!

Had my twins’ birthday party here and the service was absolutely outstanding. Carmin and Evelyn were incredible — they took care of everything, kept the kids happy and entertained, and made sure all the parents felt relaxed and comfortable. The whole afternoon ran smoothly, and we genuinely didn’t have to worry about a thing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress‑free, well‑organised and friendly party experience.
