⭐ 1/5 — HORRIBLE, RUDE, UNFAIR — HATE THIS PLACE! WORST experience ever — AVOID! Paid 3 kids £7 each + 2 adults £1 each = £23. I had my own drink — told no drinks inside. I said fine, I’ll go outside to drink it. Staff was extremely rude — no manners, no "excuse me", just aggressive. She told me: "You can go outside this time, but NEXT TIME — if you go out to drink or refill it — WE KICK ALL OF YOU OUT!" Threatening my whole family — even though we already paid! No signs said this — it’s a made-up, unfair rule. I felt unwelcome and discriminated against. I’m Asian and never treated like this anywhere else. Other soft plays are kind — this place has zero respect, zero customer service. Staff need basic training. HATE IT HERE. NEVER COMING BACK. DON’T GO! ⭐

Visited here for a birthday party. Lovely set up. It caters to the littler ones really well- including a potty in the toilets & a step for them to stand on to wash their hands. It has a nice variety of soft play, role play & loads of Little Tike cars outside so there's less chance of fallouts. The kids enjoyed the food & prices are very reasonable. They take card/contactless but be aware that card/contactless is subject to a minimum £2 spend.

Had my daughters 3rd birthday party here. The staff were lovely and helpful. The softplay was perfect for the ages of children we had there, between the ages of 6 months and 5. We had exclusive hire which was a really reasonable cost. We also paid extra for minnie mouse to come and sing happy birthday which again was reasonably priced. The party included a free drink for myself and my partner which I thought was a nice touch plus a free return visit for my daughter we had several different allergies at the party and were all catered for really nicely. Was also really easy to book online. Would definitely recommend
