Children's party, had a great time

the woman at the desk was not paying attention and was very blunt and charged me £13.50 for a 18 month old, 3 month old and an adult when it shouldve been £9 and when i questioned it they offered me a can of drink as “compensation” and no refund or apology, not coming back after this as the play centre was not worth £13.50 had loads of balls missing from ball pit and lots of the toys in the baby area were in a sorry condition.

My daughter had her 4th birthday party here today and the whole set up was amazing. Staff were very helpful, I can’t remember the young girls name who was assisting us today but she was extremely helpful. The whole party was hassle free and they even provided a sweet cup for all the children to take home with after. Thank you
