Small but compact, not easy to find and limited seating for adults

Lovely little softplay, friendly staff, fun for my nephew and good food. Would recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We honestly couldn’t recommend Jungle City Soft Play enough! 🦁🎉 A massive thank you to Alisha, Lillie and Sasha for helping make Jack’s 3rd birthday so special! ❤️ You were all so lovely, helpful and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Alisha, who coordinated the day for us and made sure everything ran so smoothly. She was absolutely fantastic and really helped make the day stress-free for us. The children had the BEST time, and Jack had such a fantastic 3rd birthday! 🥳🎂 Everything on the day was so well organised, and we couldn’t have asked for a better party. If I could suggest one little improvement, it would be to have a large sign on the door saying “Closed for a Private Party” I had invited quite a few children nursery, and as I don’t know all of the parents, I wasn’t sure who was one of Jack’s friends and who wasn’t. There were a few people coming in who I didn’t recognise, so a sign would have given me a bit more reassurance that everyone coming in was actually part of our party. ❤️ Apart from that, we really couldn’t fault the experience. Thank you so much to everyone at Jungle City for making Jack’s special day so memorable. We would 100% recommend you and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future! ❤️ Love from Jack, Mum & Dad ❤️
