The Hideout Soft Play

Today (08/08/26), we had our daughter’s 2nd birthday at Hideout Cafe. What a wonderful, clean and organised environment and experience for my daughter (as well as us adults, great hot drinks & treats!) and all of her friends that came to her birthday party today! The staff were so attentive and kind, nothing was a hassle or bother for them! They made us feel so welcome and relaxed, I was able to play with my daughter and have time with her and had nothing to worry about, it was all in hand and taken great care of by the Hideout Team! 100% would recommend their parties, absolutely fab time we had! Faultless! In addition kids buffet 10/10 fresh, mix of stuff not just sweet heavy, lovely fresh fruit and sandwiches!

Such a nice and quiet soft play! Great to take your little one out for an hour without loads of kids screaming around. So many toys and not over stimulating at all! So clean and ball pit is a big hit!

I went to a lovely Easter event with my Little boy. He enjoyed it very much! The staff are lovely and the activities were very entertaining. At the end of the session, the kids were given an easter egg. By mistake I had not put my LO as a dairy allergic on the booking, but the lady had an extra “free from dairy” one and very kindly gave it to us! Thank you so much! Xx Will definitely be back!
