I booked the wrong day and the young lady who sorted it was amazing. She helped me throughout our visit. I am a 74 year old woman who was looking after my 6 & 4 year old grandchildren and she was my ‘go to’ person. So sorry I didn’t get her name.

Great soft play for the kids well worth the money

Staff were so lovely, the play equipment was clean and tidy however the toilets were not. Toilet facilities smelt really badly and could use a deep clean, hence the 4 stars.
