Dirty, expensive

?

Came today, changed of owners, we come regularly with two children two adults, entry price had nearly doubled for kids and. Also £1.75 for adults. Food menu completey changed, all the homemade choices are gone to be replaced with cheap replacements of highly fatty chips, popcorn chicken etc no healthy options other than a jacket potato, no sandwich options or salad with anything, for the price of the food it was very overpriced for what it was. Even a bar of chocolate was 1.95, small packs of buttons etc the ones you get in multi packs £1.95. A cup of coffee £3.45, I did order a toastie and it was two slices of toast with ham and what looked like microwave cheese, wasn't what I thought a toastie would be, the bread was tiny and cut into small triangles , ideal for a child not an adult. We ordered the popcorn chicken children's meal, with this you get a cup of juice and an ice lolly and a toy. We waited about 15 mins for food, didn't get any juice or token for the ice lolly, so had to go back. The server grabbed a token from a box under the till, where I had just seen her put two in from other customers exchanging for ice lollies , she then dropped the dirty token into a plastic cup and handed it to me, had to rinse the cup before using, we went back to get the ice lolly, but it was not nice. The karts have been replaced with a mini arcade , were you have to. Buy tokens, so bought some for one of the rides, child got on , tried to put tokens in and it wasn't working, caught one of the staff walking passed and they just stood there saying they wasn't sure who to get, and just walked off saying she will try but wasn't sure, waited 15 mins and no one came, went to go o. Another and that was broken, so was left with tokens id paid for but not able to use. All the food came in card tubs or trays, we got a cake and that came in a plastic tub. Cutlery was wooden and not a plate in site, seeing as they use all disposable stuff, there was not one recycle bin in the place , just normal bins scattered round, some were right next to tables. Nothing was cleared , there only seemed to collect the pizza trays, it was very untidy , tables not cleared , food on floor, there were minimal staff on, saw the girl who was taking orders, she was bringing to table and the collecting what she couid, which meant people were waiting to order, no one even the entry desk, everyone that came in was waiting for someone who was serving to go over to let them in, the kids enjoyed the play area , but the slide was dirty and was not slippy , the place was not busy to say it's school holidays, this place used to be so busy, you would sometimes get turned away , but we have been coming here for years but we will not be returning
