Unfortunately, having booked my great grandson in on-line, when we arrived we discovered that as he was not wearing socks he was not allowed in. I understand the reasoning behind this ruling, but saw no mention of it in your advert. A very disappointed little boy. Maybe if you were to sell socks it would solve the problem. Or at least if you advertised the rule.

Had my son’s birthday party here today and cannot fault it. Was very clean, food was great, staff were brilliant. Room was all set up ready for the children. Party bags had a great variety of things in them. Will definitely be using for every party in future.
