Play - World Explorers

Great soft play if you’re looking for somewhere on the smaller side. Although it’s smaller, there’s still plenty for the kids to do, with lots of variety — toys, books, a sensory room, playhouses, as well as the usual soft play areas. It was clean and very reasonably priced, so overall we really enjoyed our visit. Unfortunately, the iced coffee let the experience down a little. It was mostly milk with a shot of syrup, with very little taste of coffee. When we asked for more coffee, we were told this would be an additional charge, which we would have been happy to pay if it was simply a case of needing more caffeine. However, the main issue was that the drink itself didn’t really taste of coffee. Disappointed with how this was handled, felt the response was quite dismissive and that our concerns weren’t really acknowledged. Told to look at the colour of all the other iced coffees! A shame, as otherwise it was a lovely little soft play and very good value for money.
